Payment
These are the payment options that are currently accepted.
Money Order- Money order should be made out to Lady Leisure LLC and mail to above mailing address.
Personal Check- Check should be made out to Lady Leisure LLC and mail to above mailing address. Please note that you will have to wait at least 7 business days for your check to clear once the check is received before your order will be shipped. Please be advised that this check clearance policy is in addition to our normal processing time detailed below.
Sales tax is collected from individuals who reside in New Jersey, which is currently taxed at a rate of 6%. Please be advised that the burden of all other tax liabilities fall on the responsibility of the buyer not the seller.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, insured and with a confirmation number. Generally, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Given the estimated delivery times for Priority Mail, you should anticipate receiving your order within 6 to 10 days.
The only causes for delay would be if an item is out of stock or if you place a wholesale order. If this is the case, you will be notified via email within 24 hours and alerted as to its anticipated delivery date. In most cases, I should be able to make any out of stock item within the normal 3 business days processing time.

USPS Priority Ground (2-3 day) = $6.10USPS Express Mail (2nd Day) = $14.40

*Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico add $10
Worldwide Shipping
All items can be shipped to any country that USPS Global Priority Mail delivers to worldwide. However, there is an additional fee for this service. Please contact me via email, orders@ladyleisure.com , prior to ordering if you wish to have items shipped outside of the United States. Be sure to include the item(s) you wish to order, country to be shipped and postal code so that I can accurately determine the shipping cost and delivery time for you.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale information is available upon request. For a copy of our current retail line sheet, please email me at orders@ladyleisure.com. When emailing, please include with the following information: items and quantity you are interested in carrying, brief description of store and valid resale number and/or business license so that I may accurately quote the cost, availability and timeframe for delivery.
Returns and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me but I know that may not always happen. Any items may be returned within 7 days, provided you follow the instructions below.
If you find an item is grossly misrepresented you may return the item, but you must FIRST email me and let me know the problem with the item and to receive authorization. (If you do not receive prior authorization, you will not be eligible for a refund.) After receiving authorization, you must ship the item back to me within 7 days of the delivery confirmation of your order. Items must be shipped via method comparable to USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process. Any returned item will need to be unused and in resale mint condition for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.

Security
Lady Leisure uses the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card and other information. All orders placed through the shopping cart can be made using secure server software (SSL). It encrypts all of your information, including your credit card number, name, address and phone number, so that it cannot be read by anyone else on the Internet.
